A. 保持产品的高度稳定性和均一性,是我们最重要的工作。
B. 及时向客户介绍公司产品性能及使用特点,让客户充分了解我司产品并选择最佳方案。
C. 了解客户真实需求,正确提供满足客户要求的产品并提供使用方案建议。
D. 收集客户对产品各方面的反馈,不断自我完善。
E. 为客户提供电池相关产品的信息与技术服务。
F. 及时处理客户的质量投诉和产品建议,3个工作日内完成相关工作。
G. 2-3月一次的回访,半年一次客户满意度调查。

B. Keep updated of products’ performance and usage characteristics, allowing customers to fully understand our products and make the best choice.
C. Understand customers’ real needs, providing the right products to meet customer’s requirements and provide solution recommendations.
D. Collect customers’ feedbacks on all aspects of the product and make improvements.
E. Provide information and technology services related to other materials of battery.
F. Timely deal with customers’ complaints and product recommendations within three working days.
G. 2-3-monthly visits and semi-annual customer satisfaction survey.
