Find the real request and potential request of customer , offer customer with satisfactory anode material and its use scheme suggestion on battery.
Collect the feedback of quality and service information from customer, make communication and harmony with production, quality, and R&D department.
Make customer file, collect and save customer related information.
Offer information and technology service for the product related to battery.
Make close track service for main customer, convene exchange of technology every half year, visit customer one time every 2-3 month. Make summarization every half year.
Check customer satisfactory degree every half year.
Deal with the product use problem and mentioned request with customer technician together ,duly treat with quality and suggestion from customer.
Returning and changing or making up of goods will be made in 7 working days.
